With the divine blessings of Lord Ayyappa, Bradford Hindu Temple is blessed to announce a sacred project. We are planning to install a new Lord Ayyappa Murthi along with a dedicated Mandabam, traditional Vilakku and the holy 18 Sacred Steps (Pathinettam Padi) for permanent worship.

Every donation, big or small, becomes part of the divine Annadhanam, Pooja, and the installation of the Murthi, Mandabam, Vilakku & 18 Steps. We humbly invite all devotees to be part of this divine cause.

Who we are. Bradford Hindu Temple's Ayyappa Pooja committee collects your details on this page.

What we collect and why. Your name, mobile number, optional email, pledge amount, whether you plan to attend, and any Sankalpam names you choose to give. We use them only to record your pledge, match your payment, include your family in the Pooja Sankalpam, plan Annadhanam, and send you a reminder if a pledge is unpaid. Sankalpam details can show your religious background, so only give what you are happy for us to hold.

Who can see it. Only the appeal organisers. Your details are stored in the temple's Google account. We never sell or share them, and your name is never shown publicly on this site.

How long we keep it. We delete names and contact details within 12 months of the Pooja. Totals without names are kept for the temple's accounts.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting the temple committee. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
